Our Services

“Notarisation” or “notarising” incorporates a variety of procedures, including but not limited to certification, verification and authentication of documents. As well as verifying proper execution of documents notaries also prepare legal documents for production abroad, and administer oaths and declarations. Notaries may also prepare documents for use in this country, such as Deed Polls.

Our fees 

Notarial Fees:

We seek to charge a fixed fee for notarial matters and can advise you of this when you let us know what you need us to do.  

If the matter is more complicated or time-consuming than normal then we will charge you on a time-spent basis based on an hourly rate of £300 plus VAT.

We charge VAT on our fees.


Where we have to make payments on your behalf such as legalisation fees, translator or interpreter fees, or other costs such as travelling expenses we will inform you of these fees in advance.  In some cases you may have to pay these in advance. 

Commissioner for Oaths:

We can act as Commissioners for Oaths in relation to certain documents destined for use in England and Wales. The statutory rate of £5.00 per document  and £2.00 for each exhibit.

In addition to the Statutory Rates prescribed, from time to time we also charge a professional fee for our time spent in dealing with Commissioner for Oaths matters. This may include the statutory fee in force.
